This site and its content are owned and operated by Modern Masculinity, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By enrolling in our programs, accessing content, or participating in our coaching experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Coaching Disclaimer
We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care, therapy, or medical treatment. All guidance is based on professional experience and personal development frameworks.
2. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results. Your outcomes are dependent on your participation, decisions, and effort.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, and program materials are property of Modern Masculinity, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or claim ownership of any materials outside of your personal use as a client.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are final. Due to the transformational nature of our work, no refunds are granted. If you’ve selected a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
All personal shares within group calls, Slack, and client communications are to be held in strict confidence. Violation of this standard is grounds for removal from the Brotherhood.
6. Conduct & Termination
We reserve the right to remove any participant who demonstrates disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behavior without refund. Ironclad Masculinity holds a standard of integrity and personal responsibility at all times.
